Agents! What are your go-to open house moves!? Are you the type who brings the cookies? The little booties to cover dirty shoes? What about music? Do you have a designated playlist?
I got this idea from another agent. He was a top producer in the office, has a successful real estate career, and never strayed from conducting open houses. He had the idea of creating a playlist specifically for open houses and the songs on the list would be about, or mention, home.
Genius! Nothing like a little reverse psychology!
I love music! I’m not too picky - if you were to scroll through my playlists on Spotify, you would find it’s pretty well rounded. All that to say, I tried to work with several genres. From Motley Crue to Sam Cooke… even a little Zepplin! ( I LOVE Zepplin!!) Here are a few of my favorites that you should definitely consider adding to your Open House Playlist.
